Your Shopify store domain, your Meta access token (encrypted), and the results of daily health checks (findings and timestamps). No customer personal data is stored.
1. In the app, open the Meta channel section and click Disconnect Meta — this deletes your Meta token immediately.
2. Uninstall Channel Health from your store (Settings → Apps and sales channels → Channel Health → Uninstall). Our uninstall webhook deletes your store's connection and check history.
Email channelhealth@krshh.com from any address with your shop domain and a deletion request. We will delete all stored data for your store within 30 days and confirm by email.
